This image corresponds to an experiment carried out with the boys and girls of the educational center Hernando de Magallanes where topics are based on the global warming, which belongs to a project called “The Antarctic and the global warming” which has the objective to insert the children in this important topic.

Elaboration of Antarctic animals

This image corresponds to the elaboration of Antarctic animals using the papier maché technique, which consists of using waste materials, in order to make creative sculptures, with a pedagogic purpose and helping to preserve the environment and to create environmental awareness.

Gastronomic exhibition

This image corresponds to the gastronomic exhibition that it was carried out in the educational center Hernando de Magallanes, the occasion was the closing of the " Project school month of the sea ", culminating it with the tasting of these rich dishes elaborated by the mothers of the boys and girls who took part of the act of culmination, later rewarding to the best dish presented.

This image corresponds to the preparation of clothes, in order carry out an artistic representation elaborated by the boys and girls of the educational center Hernando de Magallanes, the occasion was the celebration of closing of the month of the sea. The boys and girls were supported in this activity by their fathers, mothers and educators of the level.

The children are representing a play which was consisting on re-living through the history of May 21 with their great hero Arturo Prat Chacón.
